Requirements

  • Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or related trade
  • Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
  • Familiarity with landscaping tools and cleaning equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Police certificate of good character may be required

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor construction repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances, fixtures, and systems
  • Handle landscaping tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and debris removal
  • Assist with janitorial cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection services when required
  • Safely operate power tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time taken
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Report damages, hazards, or client feedback to supervisors promptly
