Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor construction repairs

Requirements
- Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practices
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists efficiently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
